Dai Li commander that his name isn't worth remembering

Im in the middle of rewatching the whole Avatar series and currently in the Appa being stolen arc by this cowards.

The only reason Dai Li looks so storng are because they always outnumbered or alays fight in pair, their only job is only to capture their own 'political enemy'.

Even though they're originally created by Avatar Kyoshi, but later in the series they become corrupt, and helping the fire nation to weaken the Ba sing se defense line, heck they even make their king unaware of hundred years of war.
